Van sales and distribution ERP for the UAE

Zeyto runs route van sales, multi-warehouse stock, batch and serial tracking, customer credit and FTA VAT on your own hardware. Load a van, sell on the route and settle at day-end, online or off.

Built for the route

The route runs where there is no signal

Your reps sell in labour camps, industrial areas and small groceries where the mobile signal is weak. Zeyto invoices on the van itself and reconciles when it returns to the depot.

Wholesale and FMCG distribution lives on routes, van stock and credit spread across dozens of small outlets. A cloud sales app that needs a live connection to raise an invoice fails exactly where your reps work. Zeyto treats each van as its own warehouse, lets the salesman invoice and collect on the route with no internet, and reconciles van stock against the warehouse at day-end. All of it posts into real double-entry accounting and FTA VAT, on hardware you own.

The distribution stack

What a UAE distributor runs on

๐Ÿš

Van sales and route accounting

Load stock to a van, sell and invoice on the route, handle returns, and settle cash and credit at day-end with a full reconciliation.

๐Ÿฌ

Multi-warehouse, van-as-warehouse

Every van is a stock location. Load-outs, sales and unloads move stock between the warehouse and the van with a clean audit trail.

๐Ÿ“ฆ

Batch, serial and expiry

Track FMCG stock by batch and expiry and serialised goods by serial number, so near-expiry and recalls are always visible.

๐Ÿ’ณ

Credit limits and outstanding

Set credit limits per outlet and see outstanding balances and ageing on the route before you drop more stock.

๐Ÿ“ฑ

Mobile companion

Reps invoice, collect and record returns from a mobile companion that works offline and syncs back when it can.

๐Ÿงพ

VAT and offline invoicing

Issue FTA-compliant tax invoices on the route and prepare the VAT return from posted sales, all without a live connection.

A van sales day

From load-out to reconciliation

1

Load the van

Issue stock from the warehouse to the van as a load-out, recorded by batch and quantity.

2

Sell on the route

Invoice each outlet on the van, apply the outlet's price list and check its credit limit, with no signal needed.

3

Collect cash and credit

Take payment where due, record credit sales against the outlet and log any returns or damages on the spot.

4

Return to the depot

Bring the van back and unload the remaining stock, moving it from the van back into the warehouse.

5

Reconcile the van

Match load-out plus returns against sales and remaining stock, and settle the rep's cash for the day.

6

Post to accounts and VAT

Every route sale flows into double-entry accounting and the FTA VAT position automatically.

Offline-first law

What a rep can do with no signal

The route does not stop because the mobile network does.

  • Raise a compliant tax invoice on the van
  • Check an outlet's price list and credit limit
  • Collect a payment and apply it to the account
  • Record returns, damages and free stock
  • Print or share the invoice with the outlet
  • Queue everything to sync when back in range
Vans and the office sync over your own devices, sealed

Zeyto's transport plane, relay.zeyto.app, carries sealed encrypted envelopes between a customer's own devices. When a van reconnects, its sales and stock moves sync back to the office; when the office updates prices, they reach the vans. The relay forwards bytes only and reads nothing, and it is never required to make a sale. Multi-site sync keeps depots, branches and vans consistent while every business row stays on hardware you control.

FAQ

Straight answers

Does Zeyto support van sales and route accounting?
Yes. Zeyto is built for van sales. Each van is treated as its own stock location, so you can load it from the warehouse, sell and invoice on the route, handle returns, and reconcile van stock and cash against the warehouse at day-end, all posting into double-entry accounting and VAT.
Can a salesman invoice on the route with no signal?
Yes. Raising a compliant tax invoice, checking an outlet's price list and credit limit, collecting payment and recording returns all work fully offline on the van. The work queues and syncs back to the office when the device is back in range, so weak coverage in industrial areas or basements never blocks a sale.
How does stock on the van reconcile with the warehouse?
Loading a van is a stock issue from the warehouse to the van as a location; unloading returns it. At day-end Zeyto reconciles load-out plus returns against sales and remaining stock, so any gap is visible immediately and the rep's cash can be settled against invoiced sales.
Can I set credit limits and track outstanding per outlet?
Yes. You can set a credit limit for each outlet and see outstanding balances and ageing on the route, so reps know before they drop more stock whether an account is within its limit. Payments and credit sales post straight to the customer's account.
Does Zeyto track batches and expiry for FMCG stock?
Yes. Inventory tracks stock by batch and expiry date, and serialised goods by serial number, across multiple warehouses and vans. Near-expiry stock and recalls stay visible, which matters for fast-moving food and consumer goods.
How do the vans and the office stay in sync?
Through Zeyto's transport plane. The relay carries sealed encrypted envelopes between your own devices and reads nothing itself. When a van reconnects, its sales and stock moves sync to the office, and price and master updates reach the vans, while every business record stays on hardware you control. The relay is never required to make a sale.
