Manufacturing ERP that keeps production running offline

Zeyto runs your bill of materials, production orders, material issues and finished-goods costing on your own PC. When the internet drops on the shop floor, the line keeps moving and invoices keep printing.

Built for UAE production

From raw material to dispatched pallet, in one system

Most UAE manufacturers run production on spreadsheets and their accounts on Tally or Zoho, then spend the month reconciling the two. Stock on paper never matches stock on the floor, job costs are guessed after the fact, and a dropped connection at the wrong moment stops billing. Zeyto brings raw-material purchase, bill of materials, production orders, work-in-progress, finished-goods costing, warehouse stock and double-entry accounting into one offline-first system that lives on your own hardware.

Production capabilities

Everything a factory floor actually needs

๐Ÿงพ

Multi-level bill of materials

Define recipes and sub-assemblies with components, quantities, wastage allowances and units. Revise a BOM without breaking the history of what was already produced.

๐Ÿญ

Production orders

Raise an order for a finished item, and Zeyto explodes the BOM into the exact materials to issue. Track planned versus actual consumption on every run.

๐Ÿ“ฆ

Material issue & WIP

Issue raw materials from the store to a job, hold value in work-in-progress, and receive finished goods back into inventory at true cost.

๐Ÿ’ท

Real finished-goods costing

Roll material and overhead into the cost of each produced unit so margins are calculated, not estimated at month-end.

๐Ÿ”–

Batch & serial tracking

Trace every batch from the raw lot it came from to the customer it shipped to. Essential for food, chemicals, pharma and any recall-sensitive line.

๐Ÿฌ

Multi-warehouse stock

Keep raw-material stores, WIP and finished-goods warehouses separate, with live balances and inter-warehouse transfers.

๐Ÿ”ง

Subcontracting & job work

Send materials out for a process, track what is with the subcontractor, and receive the processed goods back against the order.

โ™ป๏ธ

Scrap & wastage

Book scrap, rejects and process loss against a run so yield is visible and costed, not lost in a rounding gap.

The production flow

How one run moves through Zeyto

1

Purchase raw materials

Log supplier purchases with input VAT captured for your FTA return. Stock lands in the raw-material store at landed cost.

2

Raise a production order

Pick the finished item and quantity. Zeyto explodes the bill of materials into the components and quantities required.

3

Issue materials to the job

Move components from store to the shop floor. Value shifts into work-in-progress as materials are consumed.

4

Receive finished goods

Book completed units back into the finished-goods warehouse, with batch or serial numbers assigned as they come off the line.

5

Cost the run

Material, labour and overhead settle onto each unit so you know the true cost before you quote the next order.

6

Sell and dispatch

Invoice from stock, print a branded delivery note and tax invoice, and send by WhatsApp or email โ€” all offline if the line has no connection.

Offline-first law

A dropped connection never stops the line

Factories in industrial zones like Al Quoz, Ajman and Jebel Ali do not get flawless internet. With Zeyto that does not matter. Every operational function โ€” issuing materials, receiving finished goods, printing a delivery note, filing a VAT return โ€” runs on your own PC through Zeyto Edge and PostgreSQL. The licensing and cloud servers are never in the path of a transaction, so an outage is a background inconvenience, not a production halt.

  • Invoicing and stock movements work with zero internet, indefinitely
  • All business data lives on your own PC, never on someone else's cloud
  • Cloud is used only for licences, opt-in telemetry and encrypted backups

FAQ

Straight answers

Can Zeyto handle a multi-level bill of materials with sub-assemblies?
Yes. Zeyto supports multi-level bills of materials, so a finished product can be built from sub-assemblies that each have their own components. A production order explodes the full structure into the exact materials to issue, and revising a BOM does not rewrite the history of runs already completed.
How does Zeyto calculate the cost of finished goods?
Zeyto rolls material, labour and overhead onto each production run and settles that cost onto the units received into finished-goods stock. Because planned and actual consumption are both tracked, you see true cost per unit rather than a month-end estimate, which makes quoting the next order far more accurate.
Does the factory keep working if the internet goes down?
Yes. Zeyto is offline-first: issuing materials, receiving finished goods, printing delivery notes and tax invoices, and filing VAT all run on your own PC through Zeyto Edge and PostgreSQL. The cloud is never in the path of a transaction, so an outage in an industrial area does not stop production or billing.
Can I trace a finished product back to the raw batch it came from?
Yes. Batch and serial tracking links every finished unit to the raw lot it was made from and the customer it shipped to. This end-to-end traceability is built for food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other recall-sensitive lines.
Does Zeyto support subcontracting or outsourced processes?
Yes. You can issue materials to a subcontractor, track what is currently with them, and receive the processed goods back against the production order, so outsourced steps stay inside your stock and costing rather than falling off the books.
Is Zeyto suitable for a large or complex manufacturer, not just a small SME?
Yes. The packaged product covers most small and medium factories, and for larger or more complex operations Emeron Infospace also builds custom ERP on the same offline-first, data-stays-yours foundation, tailored to your exact production and costing requirements.
