FAQ
Straight answers
Is partner certification free?
Yes. It is included with the reseller and solution tiers, and with white-label agreements, because we would rather invest there than in fixing implementations.
Do you train remotely or on site?
Both. Remote is quicker to arrange and suits most role training; on-site is quoted separately and is usually worth it for a first implementation.
How long before a new partner can sell confidently?
Sales certification is typically a day, implementation two to three. Most partners are closing their own deals within a fortnight.
