Privacy Policy

Who we are

Emeron Infospace FZE ("Emeron", "we", "us") is the company behind Zeyto — an offline-first ERP for the UAE and GCC. This policy applies to https://zeyto.app, api.zeyto.app, portal, partners, affiliates and downloads subdomains, and all lead-capture forms we run on those sites.

Business data your ERP creates — invoices, ledgers, customers, salaries — lives on your own PC or server via Zeyto Edge. It never travels to us. This policy covers only the SITE and COMMERCE data described below, not the ERP data.

What we collect on the website

• Contact & lead form submissions: name, email, phone, company, industry, message. Provided by you when you request a demo, a quote, or apply as a partner or affiliate.
• Portal accounts: email, password hash, licence keys, seat assignments, download logs. Needed to run your Zeyto customer portal experience.
• Referral clicks: partner/affiliate referral code, landing URL, referrer, IP and user-agent. Used to attribute leads to the right partner.
• Basic telemetry: anonymous page views, referrer, viewport size, browser. No personal profile building.
• Optional Edge telemetry: an opt-in ping from Zeyto Edge with product version and daily health counts. You can turn this off at any time in Settings — it is off by default in most installs.

What we do NOT collect

• Your invoices, sales, POS transactions, ledgers, customer lists, employee salaries, prices or any business record from your ERP.
• Third-party tracking cookies for advertising networks.
• Your Edge database contents — even when you upload an encrypted backup, we hold the ciphertext only.
• Session recordings or heatmaps that would inspect your interactions on the ERP itself.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, book demos, prepare quotes and support your account.
• To issue and renew signed licences (.zlic) that your Edge installation reads.
• To attribute deals to partners and affiliates so their commission is paid.
• To measure aggregate site performance and improve pages that convert best.
• To send transactional emails (activation, receipts, renewal reminders). Marketing email is opt-in only.

Legal basis

We rely on: (a) your consent (marketing communications, optional telemetry); (b) contract performance (delivering the ERP, licensing and portal you signed up for); (c) our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our services (fraud checks, security, audit).

Data location & retention

• Commerce data (leads, portal, licences, backups) is stored on servers in Germany (Hostinger) with encryption at rest. Where required, we hold copies in the UAE for compliance.
• Encrypted cloud backups are stored client-side-encrypted — we cannot decrypt them without your key.
• Leads and portal data are retained while your account is active plus 24 months, unless a longer legal retention applies (tax records: 5 years per UAE FTA rules).
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us at the address below.

Sharing

• We share personal data only with: (a) our partner who introduced you, so they can serve you; (b) payment processors when you buy a licence (we never see or store card numbers); (c) authorities when the law requires.
• We do not sell personal data. Ever.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies for essential site functionality (session, security, preference) and a privacy-friendly analytics cookie for aggregate visit counts. There are no third-party advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking most of the site.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, and comparable rules across the GCC, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@zeyto.app. We respond within 30 days.

Security

• TLS 1.2+ on every subdomain (Let’s Encrypt certificates).
• Password hashes use Argon2id.
• Portal traffic is separated by tenant; admin actions are audited.
• Cloud backup files are client-side encrypted — we never hold your keys.

Children

Zeyto is a business product and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes are announced in-portal and by email to registered users.
