Who we are

Emeron Infospace FZE ("Emeron", "we", "us") is the company behind Zeyto, an ERP for UAE and GCC businesses. This policy applies to https://zeyto.app, api.zeyto.app, portal, partners, affiliates and downloads subdomains, and all lead-capture forms we run on those sites.

Business data your ERP creates, such as invoices, ledgers, customers and salaries, belongs to you and is handled inside your selected deployment: cloud, private cloud, on-premise or local server. This policy covers only the site and commerce data described below, not your ERP operating data.

What we collect on the website

• Contact and lead form submissions: name, email, phone, company, industry and message.
• Portal accounts: email, password hash, licence keys, seat assignments and download logs.
• Referral clicks: partner or affiliate referral code, landing URL, referrer, IP and user-agent.
• Basic telemetry: anonymous page views, referrer, viewport size and browser.
• Optional product telemetry: product version and daily health counts when enabled by the customer.

What we do not collect

• Your invoices, sales, POS transactions, ledgers, customer lists, employee salaries, prices or business records from your ERP.
• Third-party tracking cookies for advertising networks.
• Your ERP database contents. When encrypted backup is enabled, we hold ciphertext only.
• Session recordings or heatmaps that inspect your interactions inside the ERP product.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, book demos, prepare quotes and support your account.
• To issue and renew the licence activation used by your Zeyto installation.
• To attribute deals to partners and affiliates so their commission is paid.
• To measure aggregate site performance and improve pages that convert best.
• To send transactional emails such as activation, receipts and renewal reminders. Marketing email is opt-in only.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent for marketing communications and optional telemetry; contract performance for delivering licensing and portal services; and legitimate interests for fraud checks, security and audit.

Data location and retention

• Commerce data such as leads, portal records and licences is stored on secured servers with encryption at rest.
• Encrypted cloud backups, when enabled, are stored client-side encrypted.
• Leads and portal data are retained while your account is active plus 24 months, unless a longer legal retention applies.
• You may request deletion of your personal data by writing to info@emeron.io.

Sharing

• We share personal data only with the partner who introduced you, payment processors when you buy a licence, and authorities when the law requires.
• We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for essential site functionality such as sessions, security and preferences, plus privacy-friendly aggregate analytics. There are no third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and comparable GCC rules, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection by emailing info@emeron.io.

Security

• TLS on every public subdomain.
• Password hashes use modern password hashing.
• Portal traffic is separated by tenant and admin actions are audited.
• Cloud backup files are encrypted before storage.

Children

Zeyto is a business product and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The last updated date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes are announced in the portal and by email to registered users.
