How is Zeyto licensed and priced?
Zeyto ships as one binary plus a signed licence file (.zlic). The licence shapes the product by entitlement-gating features and seats at runtime, so there are no separate edition binaries to install. Pricing is scoped with your local IT partner around the tier, seat count and add-ons your business needs, and the exact licensing and support terms are set out in your quote.
Why don't you publish fixed prices?
Zeyto is sold and supported through local IT partners who scope the right tier, seats, add-ons and onboarding for each business. Because a single-till shop and a multi-branch group buy very different shapes of the same product, a quote is more honest than a headline number. Request a quote with your site and user count and you receive a figure tailored to your setup.
What is the difference between the Starter, Business and Professional tiers?
Starter runs one location with invoicing, offline POS, single-warehouse stock, purchase, core accounting and FTA VAT. Business adds multi-warehouse and van sales, batch and serial tracking, multi-currency, the full report designer, web and mobile access and more seats. Professional adds multi-company, multi-site sync, secure remote access and encrypted cloud backup for multi-branch groups. All three are the same binary, shaped by the licence.
Do I need to reinstall or migrate my data to upgrade?
No. Because the licence shapes one binary, moving up a tier or adding an add-on is a licence change, not a reinstall or a data migration. Your partner issues an updated licence and the features unlock in place, while your data, workflows and templates carry on untouched.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can run a 14-day trial on your own data: install Zeyto Edge on your own PC, load your real items, customers and opening balances, and work through your actual invoicing, stock and VAT workflow with no internet dependency. It is the product running on your premises, not a hosted demo, so what you test is what you buy.
How is Custom ERP priced?
Custom ERP is a separate, quoted engagement. Emeron Infospace FZE builds bespoke ERP to your exact requirements on the same offline-first, data-stays-yours foundation, aimed at larger and more complex operations. Pricing follows a scoping conversation about your processes and integrations, rather than a tier, so book a demo and outline your requirements to receive a quote.
