Local fit

Built for how Saudi Arabia actually invoices

The parts that differ by country, handled rather than left to a consultant.

ZATCA e-invoicing, built in

Simplified invoices carry the TLV QR a ZATCA app can read. Standard invoices are cleared before they are issued. Each document hashes onto the one before it, so the chain is verifiable rather than asserted.

15% VAT and the Saudi return

Output and input tax land in the right boxes as documents post, not at month end, so the return is a report rather than a reconstruction.

End-of-service gratuity, Saudi rules

Accrual under the Saudi Labour Law, including the resignation factor that reduces entitlement below five years of service.

Arabic on the document, not just the screen

Invoice titles, credit-note titles and the seller block print bilingually, right to left, without a separate template.

The reason it exists

It keeps selling when the internet stops

Not a cached read-only mode. The full operational product, with no connection at all.

  • The till keeps taking money
  • Invoices still post
  • Branches catch up later
  • Nothing is held hostage
What the Saudi Arabia version is, exactly

Saudi Arabia has its own Zeyto edition, with the ZATCA e-invoicing lane and local payroll rules built in rather than configured on.

FAQ

Straight answers

Does Zeyto work offline in Saudi Arabia?
Yes, and that is the point of it. Invoicing, POS, stock and printing run on your own PC with no internet at all. Only licence renewal and optional cloud backup need a connection, and neither is in the path of making a sale.
Does Zeyto handle Saudi Arabia VAT?
Yes. 15% VAT is applied as documents post and captured in the VAT ledger immediately, so the ZATCA return is drawn from the books rather than rebuilt at period end.
Is there a Saudi Arabia-specific edition?
Saudi Arabia has its own Zeyto edition, with the ZATCA e-invoicing lane and local payroll rules built in rather than configured on.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. saudi.zeyto.app is a live demo seeded with a trading company in SAR. It has its own database, the sign-in details are on the page, and there is no signup.
