The information design stays ours: how a document posts, how stock is valued, how the ledger balances. That is deliberate — it is the part that has to be correct, and it is why the product is worth reselling. If you need the accounting to behave differently, that is a product conversation and sometimes a fair one, but it is not branding and we will not describe it as if it were.

Can each of our customers have their own branding?
Yes for colours, logo and document templates — those are per-company settings. The application name and sign-in screen are set per build, so those are yours, not theirs.
Do we get the technical materials?
No. White-label gives you the product, the branding and the customer relationship. Source access is a different conversation and a different agreement.
How long does a rebrand take?
The configurable parts are same-day. A branded build with your application name and sign-in screen goes out with the next release cycle.
