ERP software in Dubai, built to work when the internet doesn't

Zeyto is the offline-first ERP for Dubai retailers, distributors, contractors and trading LLCs. One binary, one signed licence, your books on your own PC - from Deira souks to JAFZA warehouses.

Why Dubai SMEs choose Zeyto

Built for how Dubai actually trades

One binary. One .zlic licence. Every day-to-day function runs on your own PC, through any DU or Etisalat blip, through any DEWA power cut - without missing a beat.

Zero internet needed

Invoicing, POS, stock, VAT return, printing and backup all run fully offline, indefinitely. Cloud is optional and only holds licences, opt-in telemetry and encrypted backups.

UAE 5% VAT built in

FTA-aligned tax codes, VAT201 box mapping, sales and purchase registers, reverse-charge on imports and TRN validation on every voucher.

POS for Dubai retail

Full offline POS with barcode scanning, night mode, keyboard-first cashier flow, thermal receipt printing and bilingual Arabic customer-facing display.

Multi-branch stock

Multi-warehouse, batch and serial tracking, inter-branch transfer notes and live stock across every Dubai outlet, godown or shop.

Bilingual English and Arabic

Full RTL layout, Arabic invoice printing with amount-in-words, and dual-language item, party and account masters that print correctly on both sides.

Your data, your PC

PostgreSQL on your own machine or LAN server. Encrypted local backup plus optional cloud backup. No vendor lock-in, no per-user cloud seat maths.

Made for the emirate

From Deira souks to JAFZA warehouses

Dubai runs on a mix of mainland trading LLCs, free-zone importers, mall retailers and van-sales distributors. Zeyto handles all of them on the same offline-first foundation - so a JAFZA importer, a Karama grocery and a Business Bay contractor can run the same product with their own configuration, their own database and their own partner.

  • Mainland DED trading LLCs with multi-branch stock across Deira, Al Karama, Al Quoz, Al Barsha and Business Bay
  • Free zone companies in JAFZA, DAFZA, DMCC, Dubai Internet City, Dubai South, Meydan Free Zone and IFZA
  • Warehouse distributors running van sales across the DXB-SHJ-AUH corridor and up to RAKEZ and Fujairah
  • Retail outlets in Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta, Deira City Centre and neighbourhood high streets
  • Contracting and MEP companies invoicing consultants and main contractors under WPS and UAE VAT rules
  • F&B outlets, cafes and cloud kitchens using thermal receipts, split bills and delivery-app reconciliation

Getting live in Dubai

From first call to first invoice

Most Dubai SMEs are live inside a week, without any consultant lockdown or six-month rollout.

1

Talk to a Dubai partner

A local Zeyto partner walks through your workflows and hardware - whether it is a single shop in Al Karama or a five-branch chain across the emirate.

2

Install on your own PC or LAN

One installer, one PostgreSQL database, one .zlic file. No cloud tenants, no per-user seat maths, no data leaving your premises.

3

Import masters and opening balances

Bring across items, parties, opening stock and opening trial balance from Tally, Zoho Books, Vyapar, QuickBooks or Excel through the built-in Import Center.

4

Train the cashier and the accountant

Keyboard-first data entry, standard voucher layouts and Arabic screens. Most SMEs go live in days, not months.

5

Run VAT and close the month

Post entries, reconcile stock, print the box-by-box VAT201 figures and file them on the FTA portal from any browser.

Dubai partner network for install, training and hardware

Zeyto is sold and supported by a network of local IT partners across the UAE, with a strong concentration in Dubai. Your partner handles installation, training, printer and barcode-scanner setup, and first-line support in English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam or Urdu. Emeron Infospace FZE stands behind the product, its updates and its licence platform.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is Zeyto suitable for Dubai free zone companies like JAFZA, DAFZA or DMCC?
Yes. Zeyto's UAE VAT engine handles designated-zone rules alongside standard-rated, zero-rated, exempt and out-of-scope supplies. A JAFZA, DAFZA, DMCC, Dubai South or IFZA company can run Zeyto the same way as a mainland LLC, with its trade licence number, TRN and free-zone address printed on every tax invoice and shown on the VAT201 workings.
Can Zeyto handle multi-branch retail across Dubai?
Yes. Zeyto supports multi-warehouse and multi-branch out of the box. A retailer with outlets in Dubai Mall, Ibn Battuta, Deira City Centre and a Karama godown can run one company file with a warehouse per outlet, transfer notes between them, and see live stock at every branch. Optional multi-site sync catches head office up when connectivity allows, and never blocks the shop if it does not.
Will Zeyto work with the UAE e-invoicing mandate?
The UAE Ministry of Finance has confirmed a phased Peppol 5-corner e-invoicing rollout starting 2026 and expanding through 2027. Zeyto is engineered to produce the structured XML/UBL payload and connect to an accredited service provider (ASP) when the mandate applies to your business, so you do not need to change ERP at that point.
Do I need internet at my Dubai shop for the POS to work?
No. Zeyto POS runs fully offline. A DU or Etisalat outage, a DEWA power dip on the UPS, or a router reboot does not stop invoicing, cash-up, barcode scanning or thermal printing. When the connection is back, optional sync pushes the day's sales to head office - the till never waits on the cloud.
How much does Zeyto ERP cost in Dubai?
Zeyto is sold as a one-time signed .zlic licence with a modest annual maintenance for updates and support, priced for UAE SMEs rather than mid-market cloud budgets. Exact figures depend on modules, branches, users and the partner delivering the setup. See the pricing page or ask a Dubai partner for a written quote against your workflow.
Can I migrate from Tally, Zoho Books or QuickBooks to Zeyto without losing history?
Yes. Zeyto imports items, parties, opening stock and opening trial balances from Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Vyapar and Excel through the built-in Import Center. Your Dubai partner runs the migration, reconciles opening balances against the FTA-filed VAT position, and cuts over on a chosen date so history stays in the old system for reference and the new numbers start clean in Zeyto.
