Yes. Language preference is per user, not per company. Yes. Zeyto ships an Arabic amount-in-words engine tuned for UAE dirhams and the other GCC currencies. The invoice can render the total as, for example, 'ألف ومئتان وخمسون درهماً إماراتياً وخمسون فلساً لا غير' alongside or instead of the English equivalent. The engine handles feminine and masculine grammar, the fils sub-unit, and the joining conventions correctly.
