Eleven modules, one ledger

Everything in Zeyto Contracting, module by module

Each module below is a licence feature you can switch on. What is listed is built in the product today; the pages mark anything that is not.

Projects

The project, its BOQ, work breakdown, budget and schedule.

  • Category master and work breakdown (WBS) tree, up to 12 levels
  • BOQ with versions and an immutable tender snapshot
  • Budget by nature (material, labour, machines, subcontract, third party) on every leaf
  • Schedule: critical path with float, links with lags, calendars, baselines
  • Gantt, project diagram, resource load, S-curve, calendar and board
  • Project reports with Excel and PDF export

Engineering

Design and document control that can stop work.

  • RFQ with quote comparison on landed rate, framework agreements, approved vendor list
  • Purchase order with price check against budget and last price, and a price variation record
