The mobile app is a scoped companion. It does not carry the whole ERP database; it talks to local Edge on LAN or the relay when outside the shop.

Owner dashboard

Sales, cash, receivables, stock alerts, approvals, and day-close status.

Stock lookup

Barcode camera flow for item code, name, available qty, last purchase, average rate, and price.

Collections

Customer balances, receipts, payment modes, cheque/PDC capture, and statement sharing.

Salesman mode

Customer visit, order capture, van sales, collection, and offline queue.

Approvals

Refund, cancellation, amend, discount override, cash variance, and stock adjustment approval.

LAN and relay

Connect directly inside the shop or through relay outside the premises.

Implementation foundation

The scaffold exists and is ready for Flutter SDK compilation.

The first mobile skin includes the branded shell, connection mode switch, dashboard, stock lookup, collections, and approvals surfaces. Next work is QR pairing, Edge API client, relay WebSocket client, and local queue.
